Policies
1. Service & Pricing Policy
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days.
Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and labor.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires approval and may incur extra charges.
2. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Credit Card, Cash app, Chime, etc.].
Deposits of 10% may be required for larger projects.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 30%.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is allowed but depends on availability.
4. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
Workmanship is guaranteed for 60 days.
Warranty does not cover customer-provided materials or normal wear and tear.
If a customer is not satisfied, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.
5. Liability & Insurance
The business is insured, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues.
Customers must disclose any potential hazards before work begins.
6. Materials & Supplies
Customers may supply their own materials, but we are not responsible for defects or issues.
If we purchase materials, costs must be reimbursed upfront or added to the final invoice.
7. Worksite Conditions
Work areas must be clear of obstructions before service begins.
Pets should be secured for safety reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
